Who I am?

I am passionate in my belief that democracy is the people's government and that we must re-engage those who are disillusioned with it.  Our youth particularly need to see how their participation does make a difference. We need to revive the concept of citizenship and working together to make our region, our province and our country greater for our having been here.

I bring this conviction and my professional experience as a project manager to the BC Conservative Party. I intend to put my efforts behind the party and bring a common sense voice to politics in BC.
I received a degree majoring in communications from Trinity Western University. I spent one and a half years working for a non-profit organization promoting literacy in Burkina Faso, Africa. Then, on my return in 1991 I began my career in the BC forestry industry. I am currently working as a Project / Customer Relations Manager for a Vancouver based company that provides forestry software globally. I have worked throughout BC and also in the USA where I represented my company for two years.

I am married with three children the youngest of whom still lives with Evelyn (my wife of 30 years) and I. We moved to Salmon Arm in 1998.  Our older two children are now settled in Kelowna.
